What we keep, and why
- Your email: to send your sign-in code and tie your courses to you.
- What you can open: courses you bought, your All Access status and dates, your free-trial dates. Stripe tells us these after checkout, with an ID for you in Stripe and the amount before tax.
- Sign-in records: codes, sign-in sessions and the passes your AI app holds are stored only scrambled (one-way hashed), so they can’t be read back. Old ones are deleted automatically.
- Referrals: if you arrived through an affiliate’s link, their code is saved with your purchase so they can be paid.
- Your IP address: used to slow down repeated sign-ups and sign-in attempts (counted over 10 minutes to an hour). Saved with that count only, and deleted within about a day.
What we don’t see
- Your card. Payments are handled by Stripe and Link; card details never reach us.
- Your chats. Your AI app only asks us for a course or a module file. What you say to your AI stays between you and its maker (for example Anthropic for Claude), under their privacy policy.
Cookies: three, all ours. tp_session keeps you signed in on our sign-in page for 30 days. tp_ref remembers an affiliate referral for 30 days. tp_page keeps a premium course’s practice page (the poker or blackjack table) open for 12 hours after you open it from your AI’s link; it holds only the course and when it ends. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Practice pages: your score and settings there stay in that browser tab and are cleared when you close it. They’re never sent to us.
Visit counts (only if switched on): we count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or other stored data in your browser and doesn’t fingerprint you.
Who else handles your data: Stripe and Link (payments, tax, receipts, payment support), Cloudflare (runs our server and the practice pages, and sends sign-in codes). We don’t sell your data.
Deleting your data: email us from your sign-in email and we delete your account: email, trial and sign-in records. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting. For payment data, ask Link: Stripe deletes it from its records and cancels any subscription sold through Link.
Children: Tutorpack isn’t for children under 13.
